I swear by these bands. Mine are Starwood Sports bands, light/medium/heavy/extra heavy versions. Amazon has a handful of options, but if you're going to work out at home, I strongly recommend investing in a set! With these leg exercises I show in this video, I do 3 sets of about 15-20 reps each, depending on the exercise and how bad I want my buns burning the next day!

My WorkoutsI don't belong to a gym. In fact, I haven't since 2015. My workouts are either at home, in the park, on the pavement, or in my own backyard--and typically with one, or both kids. I run, I use TRX, I use workout bands, and whatever other random objects I find in my way!
